SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Which couriers do you use?
We ship using Aramex Store-to-Door and PUDO Locker-to-Door or Locker-to-Locker services. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within South Africa only. If you are located outside of South Africa, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] to discuss possible international shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the courier selected.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged or incorrect product), Candle Studio will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Candle Studio will cover the cost of return shipping if the error is on our side.

Candles, Wax Melts & Scent Journey

What are wax sweets and how do I use them?
Our wax sweets are small, highly scented wax melts shaped like sweets!
Simply unwrap a wax sweet and place it in the bowl of a wax burner. As it melts, it releases beautiful fragrance throughout your space. No flame or wick needed!

Are your candles and wax melts strongly scented?
Yes! We pride ourselves on creating richly scented candles and wax products that fill your room with beautiful aromas. Each product is carefully crafted for an immersive scent experience.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?
To get the best performance:

Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn.
Allow the candle to burn until the full top layer has melted (especially on the first burn) to avoid tunnelling.
Burn candles for no more than 4 hours at a time for safety and longevity.
