Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Candle Studio.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not successful or stock is unavailable.
Shipping

We ship within South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door and PUDO Locker-to-Door or Locker-to-Locker services.

Standard courier fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on the courier and your location.

For larger orders, alternative courier services may be arranged with prior communication.

Candle Studio is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been handed over for delivery.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Candle Studio will cover the cost of return shipping if the error is on our side.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Candle Studio is not liable for:
