Returns Eligibility
We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases, due to the handmade and scent-specific nature of our products.
Options for Approved Returns
Once your return is approved, you may choose from:

A refund back to your original payment method

An exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability)

Store credit (voucher valid for 6 months)
Conditions

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed only after we have inspected the returned item.

Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, or the difference must be paid by the customer.
Return Shipping

If the error is on our side (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), Candle Studio will cover the return shipping costs.

If an item is returned without prior approval or outside of the eligible period, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Within South Africa
Candle Studio currently offers shipping within South Africa. We primarily use Aramex Store-to-Door courier service for reliable delivery.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
Large Orders
For larger or bulk orders, Candle Studio may arrange an alternative courier service. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the delivery details.
International Orders
If you are located outside of South Africa and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at info@candlestudio.co.za. We are happy to explore international delivery options where possible.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
